Mission Zero – Scotland’s Path to Zero Emission Mobility

On August 31st at the Arnold Clark Innovation Centre in Glasgow, Energy Technology Partnership (ETP) with support from Transport Scotland and the good folks at Arnold Clark are holding what you might call a summit.

The official title we’ve given it is “Mission Zero – Scotland’s Path to Zero Emissions Mobility”. What it’s really about is bringing stakeholders together with their sleeves rolled up to get stuck into some of the biggest strategic issues related to building a zero emission transport sector in Scotland. One that grows the economy and creates new well paying local jobs.

It’s a cliche I know, but the time for talking is past, now it’s about action and that’s what this event is all about. To keep things focused, 2 areas of strategic priority will receive most focus:

1. Accelerating Supply Chain Innovation
2. Accelerating Skills Development

These subjects will be discussed in 2 panel sessions and at greater length in a facilitated workshop. A stellar group of experts will speak in each panel session.

As the event is taking place at Arnold Clark’s Innovation Centre, during the lunch break, those attending will have the opportunity to tour the centre (led by one of their Product Specialists) or test drive one of the range of EVs that will be showcased.

Spaces are limited as 50+ people have already registered. This include business founders, policy developers, enterprise development agencies, investors, and researchers.

The clock is ticking so if you want to attend register now!
